Yes — we are a fully licensed Florida Assisted Living Facility with 32 beds, certified caregivers, and Level 2 background-checked staff.
What's included in the monthly rate?
Room, three meals plus a snack, all utilities, cable, Wi-Fi, personal laundry, housekeeping, 24/7 care and daily activities — all in one transparent rate.
Can we tour the residence before deciding?
Absolutely. Tours are available seven days a week by appointment. Call 954-923-1726 and we’ll schedule a personal walkthrough.
Are caregivers on-site overnight?
Yes. Awake, trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Do you offer special diets?
Diabetic, low-sodium, soft, pureed and other physician-prescribed diets are standard. Meals are reviewed by a licensed dietician.
Do you accommodate residents who speak other languages?
Our team speaks English, Russian and Creole. Warm communication is part of our standard of care.
